Announcement for the selection of a service provider / Candidate for the position Product Manager / Implementation Specialist

Object of the contract
In connection with the commencement of the project entitled “Designing the predictive analysis of the IoT ProxiTrakplatform for remote business management” by ProxiGroup Sp. z o.o., the Ordering Party conducts the procedure for the selection of the Service Contractor as Product Manager / Implementation Specialist

Terms of reference:
• building a market for domestic and foreign customers
• launching products on the Polish and foreign markets
• professional and effective management of key clients’ portfolios
• implementation of designated sales plans
• Preparing offers, conducting trade negotiations
• planning, budgeting, and implementation of pilot projects
• implementation of the RFID system at customers
• cooperation with the team of programmers
• participation in projects and conceptual work
• creation of implementation documentation

Requirements:
• higher education
• English language skills at a minimum level. B2
• experience in selling IT systems – a necessary condition
• experience in introducing products to foreign markets
• knowledge of new technologies
• knowledge of RFID technology – a necessary condition
• B driving work
• experience at an appropriate workstation
• knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and a highly developed business orientation
• ability to think strategically and analytically when working with a client
• ability to manage customers and a strong focus on achieving business goals
