Our privacy policy and data protection principles are created for You to secure Your privacy and Your rights in the best way possible, regarding to applicable law:

- The Act on Personal Data Protection of 10th May 2018 (PL),
- The Law on telecommunications of 16th July 2004 (PL).
As personal data we understand all information, which enables an identification of natural person (entity) directly or indirectly. Personal data will be, for example, Your name, surname or e-mail address, as well as Your computer’s IP address.

Legal basis and purposes of processing Your personal data
According to art. 6 (1) a), b), and f) GDPR we are entitled to collect Your personal data:
a) upon Your consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes;
You are entitled to access to Your data and also have right to rectification, erasure, process limitations, transfer Your data and to object. You can also withdraw Your consent at any time. Remember that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before Your withdrawal.
b ) when processing is necessary for the execution and performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
c) when processing is necessary for the establishing an investigation or defend against legal claims, related to the contract;
d) when processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us, as the Personal Data Controller, for business purposes, esp. marketing activities of our products and services with the use of electronic means of communication.
We process Your personal data for following purposes:
1) to reply to Your question about ProxiTrak© or ProxiGroup RFID Solutions and contact You for purposes related to authorised marketing activities
2) to conduct statistical analyses.
What personal data do we collect?
Due to principle of data minimization (art. 5 (1) c.) GDPR we collect only these personal data, which are necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed:
1) name and surname
2) e-mail address
3) any additional information that You provide us via contact form
We ensure a confidentiality of Your personal data. Data submission is voluntary, but necessary for the above mentioned purposes.
You can lodge complaints, ask questions, and make requests regarding the processing of Your personal data. You are also entitled to file a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office, located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw, Poland.
Your personal data are stored and processed by the us with appropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements set by applicable law.
With whom do we share your personal information?
We can disclose Your data only, if You give consent for us to do so, or, if necessary, to authorized entities. Additionally, those of our employees, who must have access to Your data in order to perform their professional duties will have access to Your data. Our subcontractors as well as our partners or public administration organs, authorized by law, in order to perform the duties, can also have access to Your data.
Retention period for personal data
Due to art. 5 (1) d) and e) GDPR we are obliged to keep documents containing Your personal data for the periods indicated by law or, is necessary, for the proper functioning of our company and that the principle of accountability:
- data contained in the contracts – to the time limitation of claims arising from the contract,
- settlement documents – until the fulfillment of obligations under the law, including in particular tax and accounting,
- data for marketing purposes – in the case of data processing based on consent – until its withdrawal, in the case of data processing based on a legitimate aim – to the time of objection, but no longer than a period of 5 years from Your latest activity in dealing with related marketing activities of ProxiGroup RFID Solutions PL.

Cookie files (“cookies”) are IT data units, in particular, text files which are stored on the Website’s end user’s device, and are intended to be used on the website’s pages.
